I just wanted to take a minute and thank you and Cody for all the extra efforts you made to get the new AC unit in at my office. I know this a very busy time of the year and that many people need service. I wasn't expecting the unit until tomorrow or Friday, but am very grateful that it was installed today. I sincerely appreciate you and cody making a determined effort to diagnose the situation. Everything seems to be back to normal and I can work in comfort once again in my office. Ann already thinks highly of you. We will be sure to reccommend you to people we come in contact with. I already thanked Cody via cell phone but wanted to thank you in writing.
